Born and raised in Wicomico County, Maryland, Bradley Gillis is a proud and energetic member of this community.

Brad is a Principal at NAI Coastal and Gillis Gilkerson, a Construction and Development Company in Downtown Salisbury. Brad is an active leader in the second- generation construction and development business, along with leading a team that consistently delivers comprehensive real estate solutions.

Brad graduated from Parkside High School and went on to obtain a bachelor’s degree in Business from Hawaii Pacific University. Immediately after graduating from college, he continued to further his education and received the commercial real estate industry’s most prestigious designation, Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).

Active in the community, Brad is a past President of the Salisbury Area Chamber of Commerce. To date, he is the youngest person to be elected Chamber President. He currently serves as the 1st Vice Chair of the Greater Salisbury Committee (GSC). Additionally, Brad is an engaged member of Salisbury-Wicomico Economic Development (SWED), and serves on the Salisbury University Perdue School of Business Executive Council.

Brad’s wife, Kim Gillis, shares this same passion for community involvement. Kim is the Chairwoman of the Wor-Wic Community College Board of Trustees and serves as the Communications and Outreach Director for the Greater Salisbury Committee. Their two sons, Jackson and Beau, attend the Wicomico County Public Schools and are active members in numerous local sports organizations, as well as the Boy Scouts.

In their free time, Brad and Kim love to spend as much time as they can in the great outdoors with their two sons. Like most Eastern Shore natives, you will find Brad and his family out on the water in the summer months. In fact, Brad obtained his U.S Coast Guard 6-pack Captain’s license to further advance his understanding and knowledge of the water and boating skills, and help ensure the safety of his family and those around him while spending time on their boat.

Brad’s family has deep roots throughout Delmarva, especially Wicomico County, dating back to the 1800’s. His mom was an educator in the Wicomico County Public Schools for over 30 years and his dad is a successful entrepreneur and former Salisbury City Councilman. The value of education, hard work and community involvement were instilled in him at a young age. He is determined to continue to create a better quality of life for all residents of Wicomico County.
